Speaker Bio: Argelia is a brand strategist, intrapreneur, and first gen marketing professional from Chicago. She is the founder of Vida Mia, an experiential company that honors cultural identity and heritage. Argelia is dedicated to creating spaces for our BIPOC community to thrive by hosting quarterly events and through mentorship. With over 20 years of experience, Argelia is a Chief Communications Officer for Justice for Migrant Women. Outside of this role, she finds joy in advising first-time founders how to be brand architects and build a marketing tech stack.
